Wash and dry all produce. Separate @scallions{4%unit} into whites and greens. Set aside @sweet soy glaze{3%tbsp}, @szechuan paste{2%tbsp}, @peanuts{1%cup}, @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @jasmine rice{1%cup}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

Melt @butter{1%tbsp} in a #small pot{} over medium-high heat. Add half the @ginger{2%inches}; cook, stirring, until fragrant, ~{1%minute}.

Meanwhile, place @green beans{12%oz} in a #medium bowl{}. Add a splash of water, then cover with plastic wrap and microwave until tender, ~{1%minutes}-~{2%minutes}. Uncover, drain, and set aside.

Open package of @chopped chicken breast{12%oz} and drain off any excess liquid.

Heat @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @chopped chicken breast{12%oz} and cook until browned. Stir in @green beans{12%oz}, scallion whites, remaining @ginger{2%inches}, and @sugar{1%tsp}. Cook, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan, until ginger is fragrant, ~{1%minute}. TIP: If ginger and scallions begin to brown too quickly, reduce heat to medium low.

Fluff @jasmine rice{1%cup} with a fork; season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}.
